Watch it Grow!

Have fun planting seeds and watching them grow!

Materials:

Age-appropriate Adaptations:

Two-year-olds—Give child spoon to put soil in cup along with the bean and use a spray bottle to water plant daily.
Three-year-olds—Engage your child in the process of planting the bean, show them pictures of a plant growing, and have your child water it each day.
Four-/Five-year-olds—While planting the bean have a discussion with your child about what plants need to grow and give them the job of remembering to water their plant each day.
