Ms. Jen

Congratulations to Ms. Jen who has been with our school for more than 18 years and has the highest kindergarten readiness scores for all our schools in NC! Ms. Iris has been with Cadence as a Toddler Teacher for more than 18 years. She is a prime example of everything we wish and hope for in a teacher. She engages with every family in a personal and professional way, she holds up to the Cadence brand promise each day creating a nurturing and home like environment in her classroom. She is dependable, reliable and a team player!
Iris fully and completely understands the development stages of the children in her care and gives them an exceptional education by creating and implementing age appropriate activities with her toddlers. She knows how to keep the attention of a group of 16 children for a circle time lesson and the children are very engaged and fully participate. This is proven and validated by all of the parent requests about having their children in her classroom and how much they love Ms. Iris!

Michelle graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Early Childhood Development and has more than 20 years of teaching experience.
She is regularly described as creative and energetic, and her parents and families are very grateful for her and her detailed weekly updates. She creates a structured yet fun environment for her students where they can focus on skill development while giggling and having fun with friends.
