Alysha Storey
School Director
I fell in love with early childhood education when I first became a teacher. Having a hand in the development of children and partnering with families is such a rewarding process. As my passion continued to grow, I became an assistant director and shortly after became a director. I plan to support the needs of early childhood education as much as I can. In my free time I enjoy camping and riding with my friends and family and I recently took up gardening.

Gabriela Vargas
Assistant Director
I began working in early childhood education back in 2017, starting as a teacher assistant in a small community in Prescott, WA. Early on, I realized how passionate I was about supporting young children’s learning and development. Over the years, I pursued further qualifications which opened doors for me to take on lead educator roles. What I love about early childhood education is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most important years of a child’s development. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch young children grow, learn, and discover the world around them through play, creativity and exploration. I enjoy building trusting relationships with both children and their families and helping lay the foundation for a lifelong learning and confidence. Every day brings joy, laughter, and the chance to inspire growth that lasts far beyond the classroom.
I am committed to fostering a positive, nurturing, and safe environment where every child feels seen, valued and inspired to learn. I will support my co-workers through teamwork, respect, and encouragement, and recognize that we succeed best when we lift each other up. To our families, I promise to honor the trust you place in us each day by prioritizing the well-being, growth, and happiness of your children. Together, we can create a community where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
I am dedicated to showing up each day with kindness, patience, and compassion for early childhood education.
