About Cadence Academy Preschool in Spring Hill
Cadence Academy Preschool offers children a world of choices, small class sizes and an educational experience that is second to none. A child’s learning success is assured by simple activities that match developmental abilities and provide foundations for later, more complex skills.
We partner with our families on the achievement of big milestones in a child’s life. Whether it is the challenge of potty training or reading first words, these important moments are approached with love, patience and understanding. Cadence Academy Preschool’s programming is thoughtfully planned to encourage self-directed skills and independence, while at the same time encouraging a sense of sharing and cooperation.
Outside of the classroom, our incredible playgrounds allow imaginations to blossom and bodies to grow. Our school has multiple age-appropriate playgrounds that children enjoy every day! We are so much more than your typical daycare center with amazing activities and curriculum at each step of your child’s life.

3 Star-Quality Child Care
Tennessee’s Star-Quality Program has recognized child care centers that meet a higher standard of quality care since 2000. Once a daycare center or preschool qualifies for this program, they can achieve 1, 2, or 3 stars. Cadence Academy Preschool, Spring Hill has earned a 3 star rating, which is the highest rating the state awards.
What Makes Us Unique
A child must first accept and trust a new adult in their world. The warm attentiveness of our caregivers allows children to be happy and thrive while in our care. By providing an atmosphere that is physically safe and emotionally warm, children feel secure and confident.
One of the highlights at Cadence Academy is our infant program: We know that starting the youngest children off on the right track is important. With a bright classroom and great curriculum offerings, our infant program is a great choice!
We understand how much our families want to stay connected with their child’s day and development. By partnering with our families, we chart a course for open and honest communication, sharing ideas and monitoring progress together.
One of the ways we do this is through our parent communication app: Our web-based daily reporting system is so much more than diapers and meals! Details about activities, pictures of your child and a variety of ways to see the information throughout the day make this an important part of our program!
We are proud to accept Families First, which is the state assistance program. Meals and snacks are included in tuition.

Neely Cooke
School Director
I have worked with Cadence since 2012, and I very much thrive with the relationships I have with teachers and families. I first and foremost think teachers are one of the most important factors. If you have a team that loves what they do and are here for the right reasons, then you have families that want to join and be apart of the same family. Here at Spring Hill, we focus on quality. The quality of care we give, and this very much makes our school feel like one big family. I started working in early childhood in 2010 as a toddler teacher and joined the Cadence team in 2012. I love working with younger age groups like infants and toddlers. I started as a floater with Cadence then worked my way up to a Lead teacher, LTP, Assistant Director, and became Director late spring of 2024.
I love to read and watch movies! I love all genres of pretty much anything. I think once a year I must re-watch all the fiction series like Lord of the Rings and Hunger Games. The books are great too!
I’m not the best cook but I do love food! I’m not a picky eater at all and I love trying different styles and cultures of food.

Adriane Wiley
Assistant Director
I have been with the Cadence family since 2023 and I’m proud to be part of such a great community. The teachers pour their hearts into their classrooms daily, Ms. Neely leads our team with a lot of compassion and determination to see us succeed, and the family’s appreciation for what we do makes it feel like we’re making a difference. I’m excited to be supporting our team and can’t wait to see Cadence grow! I started childcare May 2016 right after high school. I started as a floater/assistant in the kitchen, then became a lead teacher in the younger class. I switched to PreK Lead for 7 years and was promoted to Assistant director.
