About Prime Time Early Learning Centers Preschool in Middletown, NY
Welcome to Prime Time Early Learning Centers, Middletown! Our child care center is close to I-84 and Route, making us an ideal choice for parents who commute in the Hudson Valley area.
Prime Time offers a loving home away from home for young children and their families. We know your child care and early education decision is a critical one and we have created a loving and nurturing preschool environment where young children thrive. We want your child to establish a confident, self-assured foundation as they socialize, learn, and grow.

Kind Child
Kind Child is an important part of our monthly curriculum and the foundation of our school’s culture. The goal of Kind Child is to improve the emotional well-being of each child in our care through the development of valuable character traits such as Empathy, Responsibility, Respect, and a Positive Self-Image. Our teachers focus on developing social-emotional skills each month and a different character trait every two months. The result is a preschool environment where every child feels welcome and valued.
At Prime Time we believe:
- Play-based learning is essential to early childhood development.
- Problem solving opportunities occur within the context of genuine questions and child-directed investigations.
- Interactions that are rich for learning are cultivated by teachers who are receptive to children’s interests and needs.

Eva Ramos
School Director
I have a degree from SUNY Orange in Early Childhood Education and my Children’s Administrators Credential. When I am not working, I spend time with my family. I enjoying going to the movies and trying new restaurants with family and friends. I have always known that I wanted to work with young children. Quality Early Childhood Education has a real. lasting impact on the future of young children. Knowing that the environment and curriculum we create help children thrive and gives my work purpose and meaning.
I began my Early Childhood career in 1993. My career in Early Childhood Education has been a journey of continuous growth. Throughout my career, I’ve pursued ongoing professional development in all areas of early childhood. Each step has deepened my commitment to creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where children can thrive.
Sharon Wohltmann
Assistant Director
I have a degree from SUNY Orange in Early Childhood Education. My love for children has brought me the field that I am in. I love spending time with my family. I enjoying being outside doing yard work and fishing with my father. I also love reading and watching a good TV series or movie to help me unwind. My Early Childhood journey began many years ago when I started as a Teacher Assistant in a family center. I moved on to a child care facility shortly after that and have been there ever since. I have hands on experience as a Lead Teacher for many years and now enjoy the management end of Early Childhood where I get to spend time with my staff, children and our families.
Faith Moore
Teacher of the Year
I have worked in many areas of our program, which affords me the opportunity to come alongside fellow coworkers in cultivating early childhood development on behalf of my students. Through my educational journey, I have obtained my CDA and graduated from SUNY Orange having studied a great deal of pediatric development in my Occupational Therapy courses has further equipped me with a skill set to implement proper strategies, techniques, teaching ideologies and good old fashioned hands on learning to aid in my students development, while building a foundation of trust, creativity, safety and most importantly love. I believe once those things are in place, the learning turns into a beautiful formation of a wonderful little human, and I am so grateful to be a small part of it.
