We’re delighted to introduce Milestones—now part of the Cadence Education family—a warm and nurturing early learning campus where your child is cherished just like one of our own. With a legacy of over 25 years of family-owned care in the Greensboro community, Milestones offers exceptional programs from infant care through age 12, all designed for growth, curiosity, and joyful learning. Our Daily Programs – Designed Around Development

Infant Care (6 Weeks+)

Gentle, loving care with on-the-floor learning, sensory exploration, and camera access so you never miss a milestone.

Toddler Care (Twos & Threes)

Purposeful play, language growth, motor skills, and early socialization—with comforting routines and connection. Structured activities for emotional awareness, early literacy readiness, creativity, and collaborative play.

Preschool (Pre‑K)

Kindergarten-prep with guided learning: name-writing, early math, social-emotional learning, and independence-building.

Afterschool Program

Safe, structured care for school-age children (up to 12 years), offering homework support, enrichment activities, and community outings.

Summer Program

Fun-filled months with splash pad time, local field trips, and themed activities—all in a safe educational setting.

Becky Smith has been part of the Milestones family since 1996. Now one of our Administrators, Becky started as the School-Age Program Coordinator. From the moment you see her smiling face at the front desk, you can see that Becky is dedicated to providing families with a positive child care experience. A mother of three, she understands how parents feel as they entrust their children with the staff at Milestones, and she goes above and beyond to meet their needs.

Since my kids began attending Milestones almost a decade ago, I have had peace of mind knowing that they were in the best possible hands. The success of a business is dependent on the quality of its employees. You will not find a finer group of people to take care of your children. Becky, Jennifer, and Dara are top tier administrators. Any time I have had a concern, they have handled it promptly and professionally. They have a very experienced and superior quality staff. I have seen the staff go above and beyond for my kids over and over. I especially want to recognize Margie, Ashley, and Jenny for the elite level of care they have provided to my children!

CALLING OUT ALL THE STAFF is phenomenal! Whatever my situation was they handled it with grace and informed me if there was any issues. Love this facility and my sons love it 🥰 too! My Pre-K student started here as a brand new student (never been to daycare) so you can imagine how nervous we were. We took a tour and knew this is where we wanted our child to go. Milestones has been AMAZING! My student loves their teachers and has a new story to tell me every day about things they learned and played. I’m kept up to date on all things and they have been great dealing with allergies/food accommodations. I’m so glad I chose Milestones!
