About Our School
Welcome to Cadence Academy Preschool, Chesterfield – Hilltown! We’re located at the Hilltown Village Center in Chesterfield, Missouri. Our preschool and childcare center offers exceptional early childhood education programs for children ages four years to 12 years old.
As a member of the Cadence Education Family of Private Preschools, Cadence Academy is one of the premier early childhood educators in the United States with over 20 years of experience in providing childcare in a safe, warm and loving environment. We were previously a West County Day School location, but we changed our name to Cadence Academy Preschool in September 2019 as part of our school’s ongoing commitment to providing our families the best programming possible.
Our preschool learning center provides more than just standard daycare. We offer customized, age-specific curriculum designed to lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. At Cadence Academy, we take significant steps to ensure personalized childcare for each and every student that walks through our doors.
Childcare & Early Childhood Education Programs Offered:
- Pre-Kindergarten (4 – 5 years). Our fun and challenging Pre-K program is carefully designed to prepare students for the transition to Kindergarten by reinforcing cognitive and social skills learned in previous years.
- Before & After School (5 – 12 years). A high-quality before and after school program based on the premise that learning happens all day and designed to meet the developmental and educational needs of growing children.
- Summer Camp (ages 6 to 12) – Our summer camp program helps ensure students do not fall behind between school years all while having with friends.

I absolutely love watching each child that I work with learn and grow. I have been in the Early Childhood field since 2002 and received a degree in Early Childhood from Webster University in 2004. I have taught infants through 1st grade, with a year as an SSD Para-educator. I have also worked as a mentor to new teachers, coordinated fundraising events, planned and organized School-Aged summer camps, and attended Professional Development conferences geared toward early learners. I am trained in Conscious Discipline and was a member of the Character Education Committee at Windsor Elementary.
I am the proud mother of 2 very energetic children. When we’re not at school, we love to spend time outdoors, go to the library, have dance parties, and watch movies. We also enjoy visiting our friends and family as often as possible. We are so excited to be a part of the Cadence Academy Family!
