My name is Annie Dunham and I am Radiant Montessori’s Center Director. I started my journey in childcare in 1999 while working at a church nursery. After graduating high school, I attended North Hennepin Community College for my associate’s degree and nannied on the side. I eventually took a full-time position at a local childcare center as a Toddler Teacher where I worked for about 8 years and during this time, I went on to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership and Management from Rasmussen College. I joined the management team at Radiant in November 2014. I have a passion for finding the “why” behind a child’s actions, and really enjoy helping children find their way to succeed in the classroom. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, being outside (when it’s warm!), relaxing, and spending time with my nephew.
My name is Bawani Dahanayake and I am the Curriculum Director/Assistant Director at Radiant Montessori. Prior to joining Radiant Montessori in 2017, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Sri Lanka, as well as Primary Montessori Credentials for the preschool age group through the Montessori Training Center of Minnesota. I have been a Montessori guide since 2007 and also worked as a director at a Montessori Center in California for one year. Helping children (and their families) is the most rewarding job I can think of! Knowing that my job is to help kids achieve their full potential and help them fall in love with learning is important to me. In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my two children (Kyle and Sasha), listen to music, read, and spend time outside.

Once your deposit is confirmed, you will receive access to the full enrollment packet. This packet includes all required forms that must be completed for every student.
