Next Generation Children’s Centers has proudly served thousands of families throughout Massachusetts since 1993. We currently have ten preschool centers, but our location in Natick will always be special because it was the very first NGCC preschool. It features 11 specialized Infant Daycare, Toddler Daycare, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms, an indoor play space for days with inclement weather, and three large playgrounds for different age groups.

Sarah has been in the Early Childhood field since 2000 and a member of the Cadence Family since 2014. She is director certified through the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care. She has previously held positions as a teacher, Program Manager, and Assistant Director, and now Director of the Natick Center. She has two children of her own and in her spare time loves to spend time with her family. She finds joy in leading and inspiring her peers and staff, as well as building relationships with the families. Her favorite thing about working with children is that “every day is different!”
Pam has been in the Early childhood field since 1998, and a part of the Cadence family since 2018. She is director certified through the Department of Early Education and care. She has held positions as a teacher, lead teacher, and curriculum coordinator. Pam has three children of her own, and in her spare time enjoys playing an active role in her children’s extra-curricular activities., including sports and scouts. Her favorite thing about working with children is “watching the awe and in wonder in the children’s faces when they discover something new or conquer a new skill.
Kiana has over 5 years of experience working with young children. During those years she has spent time with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Kiana is certified through the Department of Early Education and Care. Kiana is continuing her education and planning on furthering her career with NGCC. We are so happy that we have Kianna as a part of our NGCC family. She is such a caring and creative teacher.
Katharine Becker is a dedicated teacher with a lifelong passion for early childhood education. She studied Early Childhood Education at Lasell College and began working with children while still in high school, assisting at the Wellesley College Child Care Center. Since then, she has continued to grow in the field through nannying and teaching roles at several childcare centers. Katharine loves watching children grow from infancy through Pre-K and finds joy in supporting each stage of their development.
Katharine brings creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm into the classroom each day. She enjoys introducing children to new songs, gardening experiences, and nature-inspired learning activities, including observing birds and wildlife outside the classroom windows. Outside of school, Katharine enjoys hiking, gardening, and photography, especially capturing birds, scenery, and wildlife. She values building strong relationships with families and loves sharing the welcoming, nurturing environment of the school community.
