Our Team

Jennifer Kopecky
School Director
My career in Early Childhood Education started in 1999. I was a teacher working with toddlers and two-year-olds for 16 years before advancing into a director roll. I have been an early childhood director for 9 years with a total of 26 years in Early Childhood. I enjoy seeing all the children and families coming into the school and the excitement when sharing stories about their day. I find it most rewarding to see all the children engaged while learning and meeting all their developmental milestones. My goal is to give all staff, children and parents an environment that is fun-filled and nurturing as home.

Cynthia Padilla
Assistant Director
I started my ECE career in 2016. I started as a teacher assistant for school age and completed my CDA shortly after to become lead certified. After that I continued my schooling to become a qualified director. We strive to ensure that our school environment is safe, welcoming and developmentally appropriate for all children, staff and families. In my free time I like to go to the gym, read, and listen to music.

Cynthia Yanez
Teacher of the Year
I started working in Early Childhood education on August 28, 2023, as a teacher assistant and on December 2024 I became a lead teacher. Early Childhood is such a critical time, I love that I can be a part of a child’s early development. Watching them grow into curious, kind, and capable individuals is very rewarding. I am a mother on top of being an educator. My class will always be a safe and welcoming environment to all children and families.
