Caroline Ruiz brings over 20 years of experience in Business Administration, Leadership, and Early Childhood Education to her role as Center Director. She has led both nonprofit and for-profit programs, blending business expertise with a deep commitment to nurturing children’s growth. Caroline holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Charter Oak State College, numerous ECE credits, and certifications as a Head Teacher and Educational Consultant. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she values building strong, inclusive connections with families and staff.
Passionate about creating a loving, engaging environment, Caroline believes every child is unique and full of potential. She is equally dedicated to fostering teamwork among her staff and partnerships with families. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, baking, gardening, and beach walks, but her greatest joy is time with her children, grandchildren, pets, and family.
