Our Team
Taylor Sekach
School Director
I’ve been with Cadence since April 2014, starting in the classroom and working my way up to School Director. I love that my role still allows me to pop into classrooms, connect with the children, and build strong relationships with families. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children, and our two dogs. We stay active with sports and love being outdoors as much as possible.
Krista Nezworski
Assistant Director
I am an experienced early childhood education professional with a bachelor’s degree in educational studies from Grand Canyon University and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Since 2005, I have worked in various roles including Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher and Assistant Director. I am passionate about creating nurturing environments where children can thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, two children, and three German Shepherds, as well as camping, playing softball, and enjoying music and art.
