Cadence Academy Preschool in Menomonee Falls (formerly All About Learning) is located just west of Pilgrim Road on Silver Spring Drive. It was built in June of 2000 and was designed specifically for children and their families. The center is Wisconsin 5-star quality rated and Nationally Accredited by the NAC. Each age group and developmental level has their own private classroom. We also have a HUGE indoor & outdoor play area, and the Menomonee Falls staff is certified and trained specifically to work with young children.

Through our specialized curriculum and dedicated teachers, we strive to ensure that your child is not just ready for kindergarten, but ready to excel. In 2024, 100% of the Pre-K children assessed in our school demonstrated Advanced Readiness for Kindergarten! New skills are introduced sequentially in 9 different learning domains each month and activities are modified to fit the interests and current skill level of each child. This skill-based approach to early education ensures that every child feels engaged, supported, and challenged and makes learning fun!

I graduated from Concordia University in 2023 with my Bachelor’s in early childhood education. I have worked in the Early Childhood Field since 2005. I have served in various roles throughout my career, including Infant and Toddler Teacher, K4 Teacher, Child Care Site Administrator, Assistant Director, Enrollment Specialist, and, most recently, Associate Director. Beyond my professional achievements, I am a devoted wife and mother. Me and my husband, Marcus, have been married for 18 years and are proud parents to three wonderful children: Mikayla, and twins Marcus II and Mariah. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, singing on my church’s worship team, crafting, painting, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Ms. Cara is a Lead Teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool and the recipient of the Teacher of the Year award. A valued member of the Cadence team since 2003, she brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a genuine love for the children in her care. What brings her the most joy on even the busiest of days is seeing a child’s eyes light up as they learn something new and receiving those sweet little hugs that make every moment in the classroom worthwhile.
Outside of work, Ms. Cara enjoys listening to live music, spending time at the beach, and making memories with her family. She looks forward to getting to know each and every child and family she has the privilege of serving at Cadence Academy Preschool.
