We are conveniently located near The Augustine Academy and Hartland Elementary South for easy multi-child pick-up/drop-off. We strive to make the hand-off as organized as possible and create a positive environment for each child. Your little ones will look forward to our enclosed play area and learning something new every day. We also offer individual classrooms grouped by both developmental level and child age in order to promote a safe environment. Our locked security system keeps everyone protected inside our schools, and we maintain an open-door policy for our parents and guardians to visit at any time.
Thanks to the flexibility of our Ascend Curriculum, we take an individualized approach to early childhood education and encourage every child to progress towards age-appropriate goals at their natural pace. New skills are introduced sequentially in 9 different learning domains each month and activities are modified to fit the interests and current skill level of each child. This skill-based approach to early education ensures that every child feels engaged, supported, and challenged and makes learning fun!

Cadence KickStart™ Soccer is a high-energy enrichment program designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork through fun, age-appropriate soccer play. Led by the teachers your child already knows and trusts, it’s seamlessly built into the school day.

Hello! My name is Becca, and I have been with Cadence Academy for eight years. I have a total of twelve years of experience in the early childhood field. My inspiration for working in early childhood comes from watching children achieve their milestones as they grow within the center. I also have two nephews whom I love to spend time with. In my free time, I enjoy line dancing and hanging out with my friends and family.
I have been in the childcare industry since 1983, in various capacities. I LOVE children and can’t imagine my life not being around them! I am married and the mother of 3 adult children and a grandmother to 2 grandsons. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, yoga, kicking, birdwatching and gardening.
I have been teaching in childcare for over 30 years. After graduating from WCTC with my associate degree, I worked in both childcare centers and as a nanny in private homes. I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 1995, and together we have three wonderful children: Cody, Alyssa, and Dylan. We also have two cats named Minnie and Moe. In my free time, I enjoy a variety of crafts, including painting, sewing, and scrapbooking.
The National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs (NAC) is a national accreditation program that was developed for early care and educational programs. NAC offers early childhood leaders the opportunity to demonstrate and document quality performance using research-based criteria and evidence-based practices. The National Accreditation Commission provides a comprehensive, ongoing quality improvement system and accredited schools must meet standards in the following 6 component areas: Administration, Family Engagement, Health and Safety, Curriculum, Interactions between Teachers and Children, and Classroom Health and Safety.
