Our son has been at Discovery Kids Daycare for over a year, and we've had a great experience overall. As a first-time mom, I was really nervous about starting daycare—but the teachers made the transition so much easier. From the beginning, Ms. Andrea (the first director we met) was incredibly kind and welcoming when she gave us our initial tour. She made a great first impression and is missed. Since then, Miss Kristin has stepped in as the new director and has been kind-she’s always available and great with communication, which we really appreciate. We’ve had wonderful experiences with all of our son’s teachers: Ms. Luz, Ms. Mandola, Ms. Alex, Ms. Kennedy, and Ms. Danielle have all been so caring, and genuinely invest in the kids. It’s clear they build strong relationships not just with the children, but with us, the parents as well, which means so much. While there has been some turnover in directors and a few staff changes, the core team has stayed strong, and our son has truly thrived here. Finding a daycare you can trust is never easy, but we’re incredibly lucky to have found that at Discovery Kids. We also love that they send daily updates with photos—it always makes our day! Highly recommend for any parents looking for a caring environment for their child!

I highly recommend Discovery Days. The teachers and staff are excellent in communicating with us. We loved seeing the pictures each day of the fun activities going on in the classroom. It was great to see all of the developmental activities the children participate in such as fun art projects, listening to stories, and sensory play. The staff truly goes above and beyond. We enjoyed every day of our experience at this center!

I can't express enough how pleased I am with the care provided by Discovery Days Franklin. As a parent, finding a reliable and nurturing environment for my children is of the utmost importance, and Discovery Days exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff: The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts me and my children at ease. The dedication and passion they exhibit in their work is truly commendable. I was very apprehensive about sending my children to daycare, but they listened to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. Whenever I drop off my children or pick them up, I can tell that the staff is so genuine and truly cares about my children. Safety and Cleanliness: Right off the bat you can tell that safety is a top priority. I was immediately impressed with their security measures and the meticulous attention to cleanliness. Knowing that my child is in a safe and clean environment provides me with great peace of mind. I understand that as a daycare there is a lot of illness to go around, and my children are no strangers to it. The directors and staff are constantly doing their best to ensure illnesses do not spread. They have also recently updated the building to make it more homey and it truly looks amazing and is so inviting. Educational Activities: Everyone at Discovery Days goes above and beyond in providing educational activities for the children. I've noticed a positive impact on my child's development, and I appreciate the efforts made to engage them in age-appropriate learning experiences. They helped my son start walking, as well as start talking! I am surprised with something new from him everyday. Everyday he is saying or signing a new word. My daughter is also coming home and showing off her new skills as well. Overall, my kids are always so happy when they are picked up and I can tell they have had a great day! Communication: Communication with the staff is seamless. I receive regular updates on my child's day, including meals, naps, and any noteworthy activities. The transparency in communication is something I greatly value. I am always sent pictures of my children throughout the day which is very appreciative. Also at pick up, the teachers will always give me a quick rundown of how their day was and any activities they’ve been working on or anecdotes of something that happened that day. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Discovery Days to any parent looking for a nurturing and reliable childcare option. My children have thrived under their care, and I am grateful for the positive impact they've had on our family.
