Cadence Academy Draper Preschool
Cadence Academy Preschool (formerly Skool Days Child Care Center) is a licensed, full-service, premium early childhood education center in Draper, Utah. We focus on the success and individual nurturing of each child.
We set children up for a bright future with unlimited possibilities so they can lead an adventurous and fun life. We teach children the way they learn best, so their futures are full of opportunity. Draper Preschool Facilities
We are centrally located south of Salt Lake City for easy commuter drop-off and pick-up. We strive to make the hand-off as organized as possible and create a positive environment for each child. Your little ones will look forward to our enclosed play area and learning something new every day.
The Draper daycare facilities are well-maintained and clean. All programs include meals, arts & crafts, preschool materials, science projects, cooking events, etc. Our curriculum is selected and planned based upon age-appropriateness and development. Each classroom curriculum will challenge even the brightest child!
Our staff are successful, well-trained, and educated individuals. Each teacher at our daycare in Draper, Utah must complete our orientation and training process to become qualified to work and teach at our school. Each staff member is required to further their training annually by completing a minimum of 20 additional hours of specialized education.

Claudia Barron
School Director
Claudia Barron is the School Director with nine years of experience working with children. She began her career in the infants class and later taught preschool 3’s, gaining an absolute love for watching children grow and succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, and her nephew is one of her besties.
Shealynn Bostick
Assistant Director
Shealynn Bostick is the Assistant Director and brings a love of adventure and learning to her role. Originally from Alaska, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places. Shealyn is passionate about supporting children in their growth and especially loves planning engaging summer camp field trips.
When she’s not at work, Shealyn treasures spending quality time with her family, including her 5-year-old daughter.
Lori Heuft
Teacher of the Year
Lori has been dedicated to working with children for over 20 years and was honored as Teacher of the Year. She has a true passion for teaching, especially when it comes to helping children discover the joy of reading and preparing them for the exciting milestone of kindergarten. Being part of this important stage in a child’s life is what she loves most about her work.
Outside of the classroom, Lori enjoys baking, spending time with her son and daughter, and caring for her three dogs. She is a proud fan of the UTES and the Miami Dolphins, and her favorite color is green.
