About Cadence Academy Preschool in Stone Gate

Welcome to Cadence Academy Preschool, Cypress! Our private preschool is just south of Highway 290 in the community of Stone Gate. We offer families in Cypress and Houston nurturing daycare services for infants and toddlers and engaging preschool programs that prepare young children socially, emotionally, and academically for success in kindergarten.

Our Approach to Early Education

Ascend Curriculum Logo Our teachers create personalized learning experiences for each child in our care thanks to the flexibility built into our Ascend Curriculum. We have found that the best way to support the development of academic skill is to give children an appropriate level of control over their own learning process.

We offer our students a variety of experimental and playful activities and encourage them to select the activities they would like to participate in. These activities allow us to progressively introduce new skills in nine subjects every month and our children reach important milestones in every program.

School-to-Home Connection

We believe that children thrive when there is a strong partnership between preschool and home. We have an open-door policy and we encourage our families to visit their children at any time. We keep our parents involved through day-to-day feedback, regular parent conferences, and events like book fairs, dances, and our annual Trike-A-Thon, which raises funds to support St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

Need care for your elementary student? Cadence Academy Preschool, Cypress offers Before & After School and full day programs for school breaks and summer camp for ages 5-12.

We provide transportation to and from Birkes Elementary School in Houston and Postma Elementary School, Woodard Elementary School, and Lamkin Elementary School in Cypress, TX. Please contact us to confirm current availability.

Both of my daughters have been going there for almost two years now, all I have is nothing but positive things to say about this place! Awesome staff and shout out to Ms.Martha and Ms.Clara for having so much patience and giving so much love to the kids,they’re the best🥰

To entrust your little one with others is very hard. Yet everyday Ms. Madison makes my infant so happy. I love recieving pictures of all the fun activities that they have done with my five month old. Ms. Yanexy is ever so patient and willing to find solutions for problems and it is very much appreciated. All my school age child can talk about is how kind,generous, and understanding Ms.Amy. Last but not least I have seen Ms. Ariel love on alll 3 of my boys and I am so appreciatove of the care she gives them each and everyday. Hands down one of the best daycares in Cypress.

Cadence goes above and beyond for us! We have a 3 year old and 4 month old. Each day they are at Cadence we get to see how much they grow intellectually and socially. The staff are all so wonderful, and take care of your kids like their own. It's a family. Ms. Amy (director) and Ms. Audrey always keeps us informed of what is happening and are always so bright and cheery. Special shout out to Ms. Maddison, Ms. Merlinda, and Ms. Gloria for always taking such amazing care of our kiddos, especially when our toddler has his hard days.
