About Cadence Academy Preschool in Cypress, TX
Cadence Academy Preschool is both a faith-based private preschool and a before & after school program that provides an excellent educational childcare experience for families in Cypress. Our classrooms and 5,000 square foot indoor gymnasium encourage physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual growth for all our students infants thru 12 years of age. We’re licensed by the state of Texas and we meet or exceed all state requirements.
Our school is a part of the Cadence Education Family of Schools. We were previously known as Champions Academy of Cypress, but we changed our name to Cadence Academy Preschool in September 2019 as part of our school’s ongoing commitment to providing our children the very best preschool programs.

Amy Ayling
School Director
Born and raised in New York, I’ve proudly called the Houston area home since 2013. I’m also a proud mom of twins—a spirited boy and girl who keep life exciting and joyful!
My journey in early childhood education began in 2000, and it’s been my passion ever since. In 2015, I joined the Cadence Education family, where I’ve had the incredible opportunity to grow and lead as Preschool Director. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and my approach is rooted in the belief that young children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. I’m a strong advocate for play-based and process-focused learning—where the journey is just as important as the outcome.
While I’ve always loved teaching, becoming a preschool director has felt like my true calling. Guiding children, supporting families, and leading dedicated educators is not just my job—it’s my purpose. I’m honored to help create a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
Morgan Booker
Assistant Director
With over 26 years of experience in early childhood education, our Assistant Director brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to our school community. She holds an Associate’s Degree and began her journey with Cadence Education in May of 2021.
Her heart for children shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s bonding with little ones through warm hugs and snuggles or celebrating their milestones, she finds true joy in supporting their growth and development each day.
Outside of school, she enjoys a wide range of hobbies that reflect her fun and vibrant personality—reading, singing karaoke, traveling, exploring new foods, attending music festivals, and spending time with animals. She’s also passionate about beauty and skin care, always bringing a touch of creativity and care into every aspect of her life.
Her nurturing spirit, love for learning, and commitment to creating a positive environment make her an irreplaceable part of our leadership team
