Our preschool offers daycare services for infants and toddlers, educational preschool programs that are proven to prepare young minds for success in kindergarten, and fun after-school and summer programs for ages 5-12. Cadence KickStart™ Soccer is a high-energy enrichment program designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork through fun, age-appropriate soccer play. Led by the teachers your child already knows and trusts, it’s seamlessly built into the school day.

- 12-week program (once per week)
- 40–50 minute sessions

Our Approach To Early Education
Children thrive when they regularly participate in engaging educational activities in a safe, nurturing environment. Thanks to the flexibility built into our Ascend Curriculum, we continually offer our preschool students a variety of experimental and playful activities and encourage them to select which activities they want to participate in. Our experienced teachers act as facilitators and progressively introduce important skills in nine subjects every month.

Jennifer DeMarata
Director
Jennifer DeMarata is the Director of Cadence Academy, Greenville location. As director, she handles the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring the staff is carrying out the brand promise. She and her team consistently create a warm and family-oriented environment.
Jennifer started at the Greenville location as a two-year-old teacher in 2007. With her hard work and dedication, she became third in charge, then assistant director, and now director. Prior to coming to SC, Jennifer worked at a privately owned preschool in Ridgewood, NJ for 8 years.
Jennifer attended Greenville Technical College and received ECD 101 and many other certificates. She is currently participating in Aim4Excellence National Director credential.
Jennifer lives with her mother, sister and nephew in Duncan, SC. She enjoys spending her free time with family and cheering on her nephew at the season’s ball games.
Kayle Andrews
Assistant Director
Kayle Andrews is the Assistant Director at Cadence Academy, at the Greenville location.
Kayle started at the Greenville location as a two-year-old teacher in February 2010. She has worked in many classrooms throughout the school, but her favorite were the three-year-olds. Kayle completed the leadership training program and worked for several years as the third in charge. In October 2021, she became the Assistant Director. Prior to working at Cadence Academy, she worked for a private preschool in Fort Mill, SC for 5 years. Kayle attended Spartanburg Community College, where she received ECD 101.
Kayle lives with her husband, Justin and their four dogs in Greer, SC. During her free time, she enjoys photography and crafting. She loves to spend time playing board games and hanging out with her family and friends.
Tonya Bouplon
Teacher of the Year
Tonya consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She is always willing to help with any task without hesitation or complaint. Her reliability is exceptional—she is consistently on time and never calls out, demonstrating her strong commitment to both the children and our team. Each day, Tonya ensures that every child and family feels welcomed and valued. Her warm, friendly demeanor creates a positive and inviting classroom environment. She is also incredibly supportive to incoming staff, always offering guidance and assistance to help them feel comfortable and confident.
Tonya takes great pride in her classroom. It is always thoughtfully decorated to reflect the current holiday or season, creating a fun, engaging, and enriching atmosphere for the children. In addition to her daily dedication, Tonya is currently participating in the company-offered CDA program to further her education and professional growth. Her commitment to continuous improvement directly benefits the children in her care and reflects her passion for early childhood education.
Kali Price-McCoy
Teacher
Kali has been with Cadence Academy for 9 years but volunteered for 5 years before graduating high school. Kali completed ECD 101 at Spartanburg Community College. She loves to focus on how each child learns and engages in her classroom with fun hands-on activities. Kali was nominated by her peers for Cadence Academy Greenville’s teacher of the year. She loves crafting and watching her son Eli play sports.
Davelyn Watson
Teacher
Davelyn has been with Cadence Academy for 17 years. She has completed Early Childhood courses. Davelyn enjoys seeing all of the children’s smiling faces. In her spare time, Davelyn enjoys cooking, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.
