About Cadence Academy Preschool in Lincoln, RI
Cadence Academy Preschool, Lincoln offers high quality child care and learning for infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-Kindergarten, and school-age children. Our “surround care” program also offers care for school-aged children before and after school and a full day program for school vacations, summer vacation, holidays and school closings. We also provide transportation to and from Northern Lincoln Elementary School, Lincoln Central Elementary School, and Lonsdale Elementary School.
The center is located in the business park between the Lincoln Mall and Lincoln High School, behind Amica Insurance. Our building includes developmentally appropriate classrooms and large outdoor playgrounds. We also offer the Itty Bitty Sports program and KinderDance weekly.
We offer affordable rates, convenient hours and a great location minutes off all major highways. In addition, we utilize a nationally recognized curriculum and approach to education that you will see in action in all our centers, which provides a strong foundation for children’s academic success. Our teachers provide a warm, nurturing environment in which every child can be successful. Children retain more when they’re having fun so our programs emphasize learning through play.

Parent Communication App
We have an extraordinary Parent Communication App that our teachers use daily to relay information and send pictures to family members, send newsletters, and track developmental progress for each child’s portfolio! With this application, parents/guardians are able to opt into email or text alerts and they can receive any information, instantaneously, about their child and their child’s school day.
Teachers and staff can tag daily pictures with our Developmental Domains (Social/Emotional, Physical, Artistic, Cognitive, and Language/Literacy) and are then able to communicate with the parents/guardians by adding captions or sending quick little notes. Families LOVE this feature and we’re utilizing it more and more each day! We are so excited to be able to communicate with our families throughout the day and to show them what their children are learning each day.

Infant Care
Our infant care program invites children starting at the age of six weeks up to 18 months. Though leaving your little one for the first time is a big step, our nurturing environment is designed to feel just like a home away from home. Choosing our program ensures your baby receives personalized attention that supports their earliest developmental milestones.
Toddler Care
Our toddler care program invites children starting at 12 months up to 3 years old. Though toddlers are full of boundless energy, our environment is designed to channel that curiosity into safe exploration. Choosing a program that balances hands-on learning with guided play is a key step in fostering your child’s emerging independence.
Preschool
Our preschool program invites children starting at 3 years up to 5 years old. Though we introduce early academic concepts, we believe that learning happens naturally through open-ended play. Choosing our preschool environment helps build the essential “I can do it” confidence that serves as a foundation for their future education.
Pre-Kindergarten
Our Pre-Kindergarten program invites children starting at 4 years up to 5 years old. Though the focus shifts to kindergarten readiness, we ensure the preparation remains engaging and stress-free. Choosing our specialized curriculum ensures your child is academically and socially prepared for a smooth transition to elementary school.
School-Age Program
Our school-age program invites children starting from kindergarten up to 12 years old. Though the school day ends, our support continues with structured before and after school care. Choosing this program provides a safe space for homework and relaxation that fits perfectly with your family’s busy routine.

I have been a part of the Cadence Education family for a little over twenty-two years. I began my journey as a Pre k lead teacher then advanced to assistant director, a role I held for six years before becoming the director nearly three years ago.
Throughout my time at our Lincoln location, I’ve loved watching children grow and thrive in our care. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been building meaningful relationships with the many children and families who choose Cadence Education. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and can never get enough of the beach!

I have been a member of the Cadence team since September 2009. Over the years, I have worked with many age groups, gaining valuable experience and building strong connections with children and families. In 2022, I stepped into the role of Assistant Director, where my passion for early childhood education continues. My favorite part of the job is greeting the families each day and watching the children grow and learn. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my family.
