Our Team

Kerri Fales

Kerri Fales

School Director

Kerri Fales brings many years of experience and leadership to early childhood education, grounded in a strong background working directly in the classroom. Her journey with Pumpkin Patch began in 2007, where she taught and supported children across multiple age groups, including Kindergarten and Pre-K. Those years in the classroom shaped her educational philosophy and continue to inform the decisions she makes as a school leader. Kerri values early childhood education because it allows her to guide children during a critical stage of development, encouraging confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning while appreciating the fresh perspective children bring to each day.

Outside of school, Kerri enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on her son at sporting events, reading, and relaxing with her favorite shows. As the school director—and as a parent who chose Pumpkin Patch for her own children—Kerri leads with both experience and heart. She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children thrive, educators feel supported, and families feel confident they are part of a trusted school community.

Amy Rose

Amy Rose

Assistant Director

Amy Rose has always had a passion for working with young children and supporting families during some of their most important years. She began her career in early childhood education at a young age and has spent the past 20 years building a home at Pumpkin Patch Early Learning, where she has worked with children across all age groups, from infants through Pre-K. Amy loves creating safe, trusting connections with children and their families and finds deep fulfillment in watching each child grow, learn, and reach meaningful milestones.

Outside of school, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Rhode Island beaches in search of sea glass, listening to country music, and attending concerts. As both an educator and a parent, she understands how impactful the early years can be and is committed to supporting children and families with care, understanding, and heart.
