About Country Charm Early Learning Center Preschool in Drums, PA
Country Charm Early Learning Center provides educational childcare services in our licensed facility. We provide a specially designed program that enhances the children’s growth and development. This Summer: Cadence KickStart™ Soccer
Big Fun. Little Players. Growing Confidence.
Cadence KickStart™ Soccer is a high-energy enrichment program designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork through fun, age-appropriate soccer play. Led by the teachers your child already knows and trusts, it’s seamlessly built into the school day.
Program Highlights:
- Designed for ages 3–5
- 12-week program, summer only (once per week)
- 40–50 minute sessions
- Builds balance, coordination, and motor skills
- Encourages listening, teamwork, and confidence
- No prior soccer experience needed

Our Drums Preschool Programs
Our child care center in Drums, PA has a variety of preschool programs, such as:

Programs Offered
Our Team
Kayla Stracka
School Director
Kayla Stracka is the School Director for Country Charm Early Learning Center. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from Bloomsburg University in 2015. She worked with children for just about 10 years.
Prior to becoming the School Director, Kayla substituted in local school districts, intermediate units, and taught in other Early Childhood programs. She started at Country Charm Early Learning Center in 2019 as the teacher in the Transitional Kindergarten classroom and then became the Interim Director post Covid. In November of 2023, she joined the Cadence Education family with the acquisition of Country Charm Early Learning Center. Recently she obtained her Director Credential and her Teaching Certification in grades PK-4.
When she is not at Country Charm Early Learning Center, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, being outdoors, the beach, and music. She likes to see the Phillies winning and enjoys going to their games.
Amanda Smith
Assistant Director
Amanda Smith is the Assistant School Director for Country Charm Early Learning Center. She has been in the Early Childhood field for 27 years! She started working in the field at 18 years old and then left for 5 years to be available for her daughters. She then returned to the field and been back since. She has been with Country Charm Early Learning Center for 20 years! Amanda studied Early Childhood at Northampton Community College. She loves that she can be the foundation for our future leaders! She also loves being able to give children experiences that they may not be ablet to get elsewhere, providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
Amanda likes to go antique shopping, and she enjoys the outdoors, flower gardening in the summer. In her free time, she likes to explore new places and spend time with her family.
She truly loves working in the Early Childhood field and loves to watch the children learn and grow!
Lacee Gera
Teacher of the Year
Lacee Gera began her journey at Country Charm Early Learning Center in 2022 and has found great joy and purpose in supporting young children ever since. Before joining Country Charm, she spent time volunteering throughout her local community and during college, always looking for ways to encourage and uplift children. Lacee is passionate about helping every child feel valued, confident, and supported, and being recognized as “Teacher of the Year” was an especially meaningful milestone in her career.
Outside of the classroom, Lacee teaches dance at Tip, Tap, Toe Dance Studio, where she once trained as a student herself. Dance has always been an important part of her life, and she is proud to now inspire the next generation at the same studio where her own love for dance began. Lacee believes that being an educator means creating a safe, loving environment where children feel excited to learn while continuing to grow alongside them each day.
