About Cadence Academy Preschool in Sicklerville, NJ
Cadence Academy Preschool (formerly Bright Beginnings) in Sicklerville, NJ offers comprehensive childcare programs for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years old.
We offer a learning environment in which children develop confidence, compassion, and encouragement for each other. Cadence Academy Preschool’s early childhood curriculum exposes children to life skills, language development, fine and gross motor skills, arts and crafts, music and movement, science, and mindful breathing.
We believe children are partners with us to create the best learning environment. A combination of direct instruction, learning through play, and of course, fun is used to encourage curiosity and instill a sense of security.
Infant Daycare
At Cadence Academy Preschool, our infant program provides a warm, nurturing, and safe environment. Our program goes beyond traditional infant childcare and daycare and introduces education to your child at an early age.
Toddler Daycare
Unlike traditional daycares, Cadence Academy Preschool focuses on skill-building and education, while encouraging free expression. The goal of our toddler curriculum is to transition the children from a day care atmosphere to a classroom environment. As early as 2.5 years old, we begin to introduce alphabet recognition, early sight words, math concepts, and sign language. Our teaching staff provides opportunities for toddlers to explore and develop in a safe environment.
Preschool and Pre-K
Our Preschool and Pre-K programs become much more structured with daily scheduled activities that last 20 to 30 minutes. At Cadence Academy Preschool in Sicklerville, NJ all classrooms are run by certified teachers to ensure a rich learning environment.

Welcome to Cadence Academy Sicklerville! I am the proud director of a team of hard working, amazing teachers. Early Childhood education has been my passion and career choice for over 20 years. While working in many different aspects of the field, I have dedicated much time to earning my Bachelors and Masters in Education as well. It brings me so much joy to help create an environment filled with hands on learning, laughter, and memories.
In my free time, I enjoying cooking, traveling and reading. I also love to spend time at the beach with my husband, two daughters and dog. Cadence Academy Sicklerville is truly a home away from home for so many-I look forward to watching the children grow and create years of memories and milestones during their time here!

What I value most about early childhood education is the opportunity to contribute to the development of young minds and to help establish a strong foundation for lifelong learning. It is immensely rewarding to observe children acquiring new skills and reaching significant milestones in their growth. Being involved in their journey and witnessing their enthusiasm as they learn and develop is truly gratifying.
In my free time, I love hanging out with my friends and family—it’s always a blast! I also love to travel to new places and dive into different cultures. One of my favorite things to do is to try my hand at cooking unique dishes; it’s such a fun way to bring those experiences home!
In addition to my love for cooking, I also have a passion for traveling. I make it a goal to take at least one trip every year, whether it’s exploring new cities or relaxing on a beach. Staying physically active is also important to me, and I enjoy playing a variety of sports, from basketball to tennis. As a huge basketball fan, one of my favorite things to do is attend the Philadelphia 76ers games every season.
I started working in early childhood education in 2021 when I joined the Cadence family. I am proud of my accomplishments as an educator, and the path my career has taken me so far. I have been given some great opportunities within the company which have offered me exposure to my current role.
I want my coworkers and family to know that I am a dedicated, reliable team player who always strives to go the extra mile. I am passionate about my work, committed to supporting my colleagues, and believe in open communication to achieve the best results.
Mrs. Christine
Teacher of the Year
Mrs. Christine earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Camden County College in 2001. She began her teaching career in Lawnside, where she taught pre-kindergarten for three years. She then spent 18 wonderful years teaching Older Toddlers at a private preschool in Erial. Since 2023, she has been a part of the Cadence Education family, teaching Preschool at Cadence Academy. She lives locally with my husband and their five wonderful children — three sons, ages 21, 19, and 15, and our youngest twins, a 13-year-old boy and girl. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
Teaching has always been incredibly rewarding for her. There is so much joy in helping a child reach an important milestone. She loves inspiring young minds and helping instill a lifelong love of learning. She shares that tt is truly an absolute honor to be named Teacher of the Year for your Region!
