Cadence Academy Preschool

Cadence Academy has been an incredible daycare for our daughter Noel. The teachers genuinely love the children, communication with parents is excellent, and we feel completely confident that she is safe, happy, and well cared for every day. When my husband Paul and I were looking for daycare, we toured several centers in February 2025. Cadence Academy was the last one we visited, and by the end of the tour I already knew it was the one. Ms. Suzanne, the Assistant Director, gave us the tour and immediately made us feel comfortable. She answered all of our questions and showed us everything. The center was clean, organized, and the babies in the infant room were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious the school takes safety seriously and follows all safety and ratio guidelines. During the tour we even met the teachers who would eventually be caring for Noel, which made the decision even easier. After Noel was born on September 4, 2025, we called to finalize her start date. Suzanne suggested bringing Noel in about two weeks before starting so we could drop off supplies, reconnect with the teachers, and make sure we felt comfortable. During that visit the teachers gave us helpful tips to make the transition easier, like letting Noel nap with lights on and shades open so it would feel more like daycare. As a first time parent, I really appreciated that guidance. Because we felt so comfortable, we even asked if Noel could start a week earlier and they happily made it happen. Everyone talks about how emotional the first daycare drop off can be, but honestly I felt completely confident leaving Noel knowing she would be loved and cared for. On her first day we received updates throughout the day about diaper changes, naps, bottles, meals, and pictures. When we picked her up she was so happy she almost seemed like she wanted to stay, and that has continued ever since. Her teachers, Ms. Maria and Ms. Tammy, have been absolutely wonderful and helped Noel get on a great schedule. Noel likes her bottles heated to a very specific temperature and they always make sure they are just right. When I pick her up, her bottles and containers are rinsed and packed in her bag. At the end of each week they send home her crib sheets and sleep sack to be washed and returned. If we run low on diapers, wipes, or supplies they quickly send a message through the app, which makes everything easy for parents. What means the most to me is how much they genuinely care about the babies. Even on weekends or evenings they sometimes check in to see how Noel is doing. It is clear this is not just a job to them. Ms. Maria and Ms. Tammy are truly angels on earth. As a parent, trusting someone with your child is the hardest thing in the world, and I truly trust them with the heart outside my body. I would also like to recognize Ms. Rosemary and Suzanne. Their doors are always open and they are always willing to talk through anything or answer questions. As a first time mom, that support has meant so much to me. The team has helped with advice, parenting tips, and even guidance on preparing foods for Noel. That support is priceless. The rest of the team has also been wonderful. Ms. Lori, Ms. Layla, Ms. Sue, and Ms. Adrienne clearly care deeply about the children. Ms. Marissa from the next classroom has even come in to get to know Noel ahead of her transition when she turns one. Another thing that stands out is the low staff turnover. The teachers truly know the children and care about them like family. Every day when we drop Noel off, we know she is exactly where she should be. Cadence Academy has truly been a blessing for our family.

My child attended Cadence Academy from age one to five years old, and we had a great experience. She loved this school and all of the teachers she had. All of the staff were kind, professional, and supportive, and provided us with consistent communication and feedback. It was always clean and provided a great curriculum, preparing her for kindergarten. I would highly recommend this school.

My wife and I were nervous to place our kid into another person's care, however cadence has provided us with reassurance. The staff and teachers are always friendly and welcoming. We receive updates regarding diaper changing, feedings, naps, along with pictures. Our child is in the infant room and they provide fun and engaging activities that aid development such as sensory mats and story time. We are so relieved to be able to trust Cadence to take care of our kid!

Cadence is an amazing place! The staff is wonderful and every teacher there cares about the students not only in their classes but in the school as a whole. It’s wonderful knowing my child is cared for while I’m working. I never have to worry about how he is doing because I know he is always being cared for and loved!
