Welcome to Prime Time Paramus! Our preschool offers care and early education programs for infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-kindergarten children. We have two classrooms for each age group, a large indoor gym, and a state-of-the-art outdoor playground with areas specifically designed for every age.
Kind Child is a proprietary program that allows us to focus on the development of character and social skills. We introduce new social-emotional skills every month and a character trait like Responsibility, Friendship, Respect, and a Positive Self-Image every two months. The goal of Kind Child is to attend to the emotional well-being of every child and to enrich friendships all over our school.
Our Approach to Early Education
Prime Time recognizes that the first six years of a child’s life are an unparalleled opportunity for cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Our curriculum is based on the belief that young children learn best in a safe and nurturing educational environment where all of their developmental needs are met. Our staff bonds with each child, which helps them build confidence and positive self-esteem.
We believe that young children learn best through exploration and hands-on experiences, guided and facilitated play, and through intentional and reflective learning activities. We recognize that young children learn at different rates and move within a wide range of developmental levels. Our curriculum is designed to accommodate the needs of each child and we balance cognitive, social, physical, and creative development so that we’re nurturing the “Whole Child.”

Our daughter has been attending Prime Time since November of 2018. She is 16 months currently. She loves her teachers and is learning so much. We also love that she is learning sign language and Spanish and experiences live music. The teachers keep us up to spees in her activities and milestones.

My son has been going to Prime Time for over a year. It took me a long time to muster up the courage to trust someone else with my son, besides me or our beloved nanny. I am so glad I took the leap of faith with Prime Time. I can go to work and focus knowing my son is in great hands. He learns something new every day, and it amazes me. They have lunch options available for busy parents like us, and they have extracurricular activities(like self defense) come to the school so I can spend my Saturdays and evenings with my son and not dropping him off at karate and rushing around. This is my second child, so when I say I am impressed I mean it. They rarely close which is great for parents who have to work no matter what. Diane and Viro run the school like a well oiled machine.

I love this daycare. You get so much for your money. I am a first time mom, and the idea of leaving my daughter at daycare made me feel so guilty. I shopped around a lot, but did not feel comfortable anywhere I went. At the Lightbridge Academy in Bergenfield they did not have an open door policy, which I understand, but they would not disclose pricing until you toured the facility, that made me feel like they were just trying to sell me a package. I also toured Kindercare, which I would get a discount through work, but just did not find the service to be personalized. Then I came across Primetime by luck, after an ultrasound appointment. They had an open door policy, and showed me the facility which seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly. I came 3 times unannounced and received the same treatment. I left with a really good impression. I also like that they are a high quality learning center but offer pricing packages per hour. Needless to say, I enrolled my daughter and am really glad that I did! She loves it there. She sometimes does not want to leave when I pick her up! Which is so reassuring to me, because I know they are taking great care of her. The teachers are great, the facility is clean and they have plenty of activities for the kids. My daughter is now 14 months, and they do arts and crafts with her, bring someone to play guitar to the kids on a weekly basis, have family days , and they also have “parents night out” where you can bring your child for the evening so mommy and daddy can have a night out. This is done at no additional cost. So far I am really happy with my experience there and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

My 2 years old son has been this school for 4 months and he already started to speak some words. (We’re bilingual family and I was worried about speech delay.) I’m glad to see his progress day by day. Ms. Anna, his teacher, is very enthusiastic and professional, my son learns something new based on specific subject every day. And other teachers are also nice and warm-hearted. Most of all, my little one likes to go to school every morning.
