About a year ago I placed my son in this daycare, I was attending school at the moment and had finals my son father was in the picture but couldn’t pick him up from school(personal reason) he wasn’t able to have unsupervised visits, one day they called and hour after I dropped my son off telling me I need to pick him up immediately because he is not on the schedule I explained my reason why I couldn’t leave school and the women who called(blonde hair) insisted on calling his father it wasn’t any of their buisness but I explained his father couldn’t they caught an attitude and called his father any way!! I was very frustrated this was not the only issue my sons would come home veryyy thirsty he would drink 2 8oz sippy cup of water back to back!! He would at times yell at the top of his lungs of hunger... I would pack his breakfast and lunch every morning but he would come back with empty container I could not understand why he was still hungry at 18 months while having two full meals and snacks!... last but not least he would cry so much everytime I would drop him off... I am now a pediatric nurse and I know from experience some children’s cry are not only because their parents wouldn’t be around... he is now at a better learning center where he tell me goodbye and Crys if I pick him up before play time!! Now that is the reaction any working hard parent needs and wants!! The minimum we need is our children to be safe physically and mentally in my experience do not bring you child here and if u already so take into consideration the things I have said... sorry for any grammar mistakes have a blessed day!

Two of my children are attending this school, my wife and I are beyond pleased with how professional yet warm they are. The teachers are great with the children and are always interacting with the children. Whenever I pick up my children, they are happy and come home telling me all the things they have learned. Through this pandemic the teachers have made me feel so comfortable dropping my children off because I know they are in great hands. I highly recommend this school if you are looking for quality care for our little ones.

Prime Time Early Learning used to be a great day care center until Cadence Education took over in the fall of 2019. I will state my dissatisfaction below for any Admin to dispute.1) Both of my sons pre-K 4 teachers resigned in October of 2019 due to poor leadership.(source: directly from teachers after they left.)2. After the Covid19 they fired my sons teacher, who then met with the students online on her own. Also fired 5 other  teachers.3. Misplaced my child's updated allergy plan, so if something did happen it could have been literally life threatening.4  planned a drive through graduation on our own in their parking lot. Notification was given to leadership over a month in advance. We didn't hear from them until 3 days before the event in which we were told we could not do it.5. All 23 families in my sons class are beyond dissatisfied with Cadence takeover. (Source: messages with said parents when discussing graduation).6. It was very challenging to contact anyone in corporate and when we did they were not aware of who was even in charge due to high turnover.(source: emails and phone calls.7. After his pre-K 4 teacher was let go, the teacher that remained has a difficult time stringing together complete sentences. (Source: daily written updates by said teacher). My son had a great experience for the time he was there and many of his teachers are/ were amazing. The tone of this school turned 100% once Cadence took over and not for the better.
