Madison Wisniewski
School Director
Hi! My name is Madison Wisniewski, and I am so excited to join the team at Cadence Academy Waconia as Director. I attended Minnesota State University, Mankato to study Birth-21 Special Education, and spent several years working in special education and behavior intervention within a public charter district in the cities. In 2021, I made the switch to early childhood education as a director, and quickly realized that early childhood is where I love to be! When I am not in the center, you can find me spending time with my husband, James, and our two daughters, Sasha and Harper. Together, we enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and taking care of our menagerie of pets!
Hollie Boyer
Assistant Director
I started out in early childhood education as an aide in the infant room and then got my teacher’s certification. I love watching and helping children grow and learn and giving families a place that they love and trust with their children. I love being a role model for the little ones to look up to and trust. In my free time, I enjoy being with my children and family getting outside and being in nature, as well as DIY projects, coloring & drawing, doing people’s hair and nails.

My name is Ms. Tryston and I’ve worked in childcare since 2017. I love getting to know and connect with so many different families! As a mom, I recognize how difficult it can be to leave your baby in someone else’s careWatching the babies in my classroom grow from teeny tiny, sleepy infants into big, happy, active babies is the best! When I’m not at work, I’m hanging out with my family! My fiance, Austin and I have 3 kiddos, Shawn, Conner and Tegan, as well as our Ivory Labrador, Buck! We live on an old dairy farm and spend lots of time outside. I love ice fishing in the winter and am a fan of all things Vikings, Timberwolves, and Taylor Swift!
