Alicia Donovan
School Director
I have worked at this childcare center since 1999. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State College, with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education with a minor in Child Psychology. Every day working in childcare is filled with excitement and joy. Watching children grow and learn is truly heart-warming. I have had the pleasure of seeing so many children start here at 3 months old, graduate and move off to kindergarten, return to work here themselves and start a career in the field of education. Many now are sending their own children here for exceptional childcare. I am very lucky to work with such a knowledgeable and experienced team. Their longevity shows how dedicated they are to the field of education. I have been married for over 26 years. My husband and I love to travel around New England and look forward to our family vacation every year.
Briana Russell

This year marks her 15th with the team, reflecting her long-standing dedication to early childhood education. Briana holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and brings that passion and expertise into the classroom every day.
Briana lives in Plymouth with her boyfriend and their two daughters, ages 4½ and nearly 3, both of whom attend Cadence Academy Preschool. Outside of school, she enjoys making memories with her family and going on Target runs. Briana looks forward to a fantastic school year ahead and to meeting all of the new friends it will bring.
