Next Generation Children’s Centers has proudly served thousands of families throughout Massachusetts since 1993. We currently have ten preschool centers, but our location in Natick will always be special because it was the very first NGCC preschool. It features 11 specialized Infant Daycare, Toddler Daycare, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms, an indoor play space for days with inclement weather, and three large playgrounds for different age groups.
Our Ascend Curriculum allows us to balance the development of social, emotional, creative, physical, and academic skill. Our teachers help our young students work towards important developmental milestones across 9 different learning domains such as Literacy, Technology, Physical Fitness, Cultural Understanding, and Kind Child every month. Activities from our curriculum can be customized to fit the interests and current skill level of each student, which makes learning fun!
Safety & Security
We know what an enormous decision it is to leave your child in the care of others. Our pledge is to do everything in our power to ensure your childcare experience is as nurturing, healthy, and safe as possible. We have designed our preschool centers with these priorities in mind and our daycare facilities feature:
- A full commercial kitchen – We prepare a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and three snacks daily.
- A secured entry system – Only parents and staff members with the proper code can enter our facility.
- A cleaning service – We wash, vacuum, and disinfect our school every night.
- Ongoing sterilization – Our kitchen is equipped with a sanitizer that cleans equipment throughout the school day.
- A laundry center – Our facility has a laundry room to wash and sanitize your child’s clothes, sheets, and blankets. We also wash infant bedding, clothes, and bibs daily. Each week, we wash nap time items and dirty clothes.

Sarah Fontaine
School Director
Sarah has been in the Early Childhood field since 2000 and a member of the Cadence Family since 2014. She is director certified through the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care. She has previously held positions as a teacher, Program Manager, and Assistant Director, and now Director of the Natick Center. She has two children of her own and in her spare time loves to spend time with her family. She finds joy in leading and inspiring her peers and staff, as well as building relationships with the families. Her favorite thing about working with children is that “every day is different!”
Pamela Lamb
Assistant Director
Pam has been in the Early childhood field since 1998, and a part of the Cadence family since 2018. She is director certified through the Department of Early Education and care. She has held positions as a teacher, lead teacher, and curriculum coordinator. Pam has three children of her own, and in her spare time enjoys playing an active role in her children’s extra-curricular activities., including sports and scouts. Her favorite thing about working with children is “watching the awe and in wonder in the children’s faces when they discover something new or conquer a new skill.
Kiana Alfaro
Teacher of the Year
Kiana has over 5 years of experience working with young children. During those years she has spent time with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Kiana is certified through the Department of Early Education and Care. Kiana is continuing her education and planning on furthering her career with NGCC. We are so happy that we have Kianna as a part of our NGCC family. She is such a caring and creative teacher.
