Our Ascend Curriculum provides our preschool teachers a flexible framework to create engaging learning experiences and we progressively build skill sets across 9 subject areas each month. Teachers are encouraged to modify activities to the current skill level and interests of each student so that these first educational experiences are engaging and fun!
Another significant part of our curriculum is our Kind Child program. Kind Child is a year-long program for children ages two and older that helps our teachers nurture and strengthen every child’s social and emotional skills. We have found that when we focus on the emotional well-being of each child in our care, we strengthen our school as well. We are confident that Kind Child will continue to strengthen the culture of our entire preschool center by elevating every child’s feelings of happiness, improving their well-being, and enriching their friendships.

At Cadence Academy Preschool, we believe that children thrive when there is a strong partnership between preschool and home. We maintain an open door policy and encourage our families to visit at any time and stay for any length of time. We offer a variety of communications to keep you fully informed on your child’s day and their overall academic progress. We also host fun events for the whole family throughout the year so that you can get to know our staff and other families even better.
Cadence Academy Preschool, Naperville is conveniently located a couple blocks west of Route 59 in Naperville, Illinois. We’re just to the north of the Aurora Route 59 Metra Station. You’ll want to head west on Aurora Road as you’re getting off the 59, then turn south on Fairway Drive. Our preschool center is a block south of Aurora Rd at 1912 Continental Ave, Naperville, IL 60563.

Hi, my name is Mandi Fermazin and I’m the Director here at Cadence Academy Preschool in Naperville. I have been a part of the Adventures In Learning, now Cadence Academy Preschool, family since 2002. I began as a high school co-op and continued as a teacher while attending Aurora University to obtain my bachelors degree. While serving as the Assistant Director, I was also the Marketing Coordinator.

Hi, my name is Peyton McKenzie. I earned a bachelors degree from Aurora University and recently completed a Masters degree in Elementary Education. My career at Cadence Academy Preschool began in 2018 as a Lead Preschool Teacher and I have been the Assistant Director since 2021. I enjoy seeing the smiles on all the children’s faces every day while they are here.
Hi, my name is Adrianna Pruneda. I have been with Cadence Academy since November of 2017. I attended Waubonsee Community College. I am the Lead Pre-K Teacher but I have worked in every classroom throughout my time at Cadence. My favorite part of working at Cadence is getting to know all the families.
My full name is Chandrakala Kuchibhotla, but I’m known as Ms. Kala. I have been with Cadence Academy Preschool since November of 2021 as the Lead Pre-K 1 Teacher. I am from India, currently living in Naperville. I previously worked as a preschool teacher in India. I have my bachelors degree in commerce, and I have completed my MBA in Human Resource Management along with additional coursework in early childhood education. I am proud to be a part of Cadence Academy Preschool.
