About Cadence Academy Preschool in Naperville, IL
One of the most difficult decisions a parent can make is finding the right daycare center or preschool for their child. The directors, teachers, and staff at Cadence Academy Preschool, Naperville are committed to continually creating a nurturing preschool environment that stimulates and develops every child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being.
Our Ascend Curriculum provides our preschool teachers a flexible framework to create engaging learning experiences and we progressively build skill sets across 9 subject areas each month. Teachers are encouraged to modify activities to the current skill level and interests of each student so that these first educational experiences are engaging and fun!

Kind Child Program
Kind Child is a proprietary program that nurtures and strengthens social skills and develops character. The goal of Kind Child is to elevate the emotional well-being of each child in our care and encourage positive friendships. We help children develop a positive self-image and encourage them to adopt other valuable character traits such as Responsibility, Thankfulness, and Sharing.

At Cadence Academy Preschool, we believe that children thrive when there is a strong partnership between preschool and home. We maintain an open door policy and encourage our families to visit at any time and stay for any length of time. We offer a variety of communications to keep you fully informed on your child’s day and their overall academic progress. We also host fun events for the whole family throughout the year so that you can get to know our staff and other families even better.
Getting to Our Preschool
Cadence Academy Preschool, Naperville is conveniently located a couple blocks west of Route 59 in Naperville, Illinois. We’re just to the north of the Aurora Route 59 Metra Station. You’ll want to head west on Aurora Road as you’re getting off the 59, then turn south on Fairway Drive. Our preschool center is a block south of Aurora Rd at 1912 Continental Ave, Naperville, IL 60563.
Need Before & After School Care for your elementary student? We provide transportation to and from Cowlishaw Elementary School, Longwood Elementary School, May Watts Elementary School, and Brookdale Elementary School in Naperville, and Brooks Elementary School, Young Elementary School, and Steck Elementary School in Aurora, Illinois.

Mandi Fermazin
Director
Hi, my name is Mandi Fermazin and I’m the Director here at Cadence Academy Preschool in Naperville. I have been a part of the Adventures In Learning, now Cadence Academy Preschool, family since 2002. I began as a high school co-op and continued as a teacher while attending Aurora University to obtain my bachelors degree. While serving as the Assistant Director, I was also the Marketing Coordinator.
I am proud to have built lasting relationships with the families and teachers throughout my years at Cadence Academy Preschool and I look forward to meeting your family.
Peyton McKenzie
Assistant Director
Hi, my name is Peyton McKenzie. I earned a bachelors degree from Aurora University and recently completed a Masters degree in Elementary Education. My career at Cadence Academy Preschool began in 2018 as a Lead Preschool Teacher and I have been the Assistant Director since 2021. I enjoy seeing the smiles on all the children’s faces every day while they are here.
Adrianna Pruneda

Hi, my name is Adrianna Pruneda. I have been with Cadence Academy since November of 2017. I attended Waubonsee Community College. I am the Lead Pre-K Teacher but I have worked in every classroom throughout my time at Cadence. My favorite part of working at Cadence is getting to know all the families.

Teacher of the Year
My full name is Chandrakala Kuchibhotla, but I’m known as Ms. Kala. I have been with Cadence Academy Preschool since November of 2021 as the Lead Pre-K 1 Teacher. I am from India, currently living in Naperville. I previously worked as a preschool teacher in India. I have my bachelors degree in commerce, and I have completed my MBA in Human Resource Management along with additional coursework in early childhood education. I am proud to be a part of Cadence Academy Preschool.
