Debbie Spies
School Director
Debbie Spies is the School Director at Cadence Academy Preschool, bringing over 20 years of experience in childcare to her role. Debbie has a genuine passion for watching children learn, grow, and reach new milestones, and she finds great fulfillment in helping young learners build confidence and discover the world around them.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time outdoors and watching the birds. She is excited to be a part of each child’s learning journey and looks forward to the meaningful experiences ahead.
Kayla Moss
Assistant Director
Mrs. Kayla has been in childcare for 6 years. She started off as a 3 year old teacher then moved to GA Pre-K before becoming the Assistant Director here at Cadence Grayson! She is married with 3 beautiful kids. In her free time she loves hanging out with her family & going to her kids sporting events! Her favorite thing about working in childcare is watching how much the children grown & learn! In her free time you will find her at the ball field with her family.
Ms. Sydney
Admin Assistant
Ms. Sydney has been in childcare for 5 years! She started off as an infant teacher before moving to the Admin Assistant at Cadence Grayson! She has 2 handsome boys. In her free time she loves to read, craft, and play Mario games with her boys! Her favorite thing about working with children is singing & dancing with them

Whitney Logan is a Pre-K teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool and the recipient of the 2026 Teacher of the Year award. In her three years with the school, Whitney has made an incredible impact on the children and families she serves, bringing patience, creativity, and genuine care into her classroom every single day.
