About Cadence Academy Preschool in Cumming, GA

From infants to pre-kindergarteners, our students explore, create, and make friends in a warm, caring space that feels like a second home.

We pair play-based learning with social-emotional learning and our Kind Child program, so children learn to understand their feelings, treat others with kindness, and believe in themselves. We’re open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with full-time and part-time schedules for Cumming families.

Toddler Care: Curious toddlers explore through play, practice self-help skills like handwashing and cleaning up, and make their very first friends.

Pre-Kindergarten: Play-based learning and Kind Child lessons help children build the confidence and social skills to step into kindergarten with a smile.
School-age Program: A fun, supervised place for school-age children to relax, play, and connect with friends on out-of-school days and school breaks.
Summer Program: Camp-style summer days full of active, creative play that keep children curious, kind, and busy while school is out.

Getting To Our Preschool

Cadence Academy Preschool is located at 5850 Bethelview Road, Cumming, GA 30040, about a mile west of GA-400 on the four-lane Bethelview Road corridor. From GA-400, take Exit 13 and head west on Bethelview Road. We’re close to The Collection at Forsyth and a short drive from the Kroger at 5550 Bethelview Road and the Publix at Castleberry Road, so errands before or after drop-off are easy.

Whether you’re coming from neighborhoods around Cumming and Forsyth County or commuting along GA-400, we’re easy to reach at both ends of your day. Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and you can book a tour online anytime.

Our son attended this school from the age of 3 until he was 12, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the impact it had on his life. Over those years, we had the privilege of watching him grow, learn, and develop with the support of some truly wonderful teachers. When a school is part of your child’s life for that many years, it becomes so much more than just a place they go each day. It becomes part of their story. We will always appreciate the love, support, and opportunities they gave him during such important years of his childhood. We are so thankful for the role they played in helping shape the student he is today!

I have nothing but great things to say about this school! I actually went here when I was younger, and now my siblings attend in the Toddlers and Scholars classes. It’s so nice to see them going to the same school I grew up in and having such a great experience. This center truly has some of the best teachers! They are so caring, patient, and welcoming, and you can tell they really love what they do. It makes me happy knowing my siblings are in such good hands and are learning and growing every day. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for a great place for their little ones!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cadence Academy! My twin girls are in the Toddler Room, and my son attends the camps during school breaks. We have had such a wonderful experience with both programs! A special shoutout to Ms. Teja, Ms. Sivakami, and Ms. Itzel in the Toddler Room! These ladies are absolutely amazing! They are so loving, patient, nurturing, and attentive to the children. It means the world to me knowing my girls are surrounded by teachers who genuinely care about their happiness, development, and well-being. The love and dedication they pour into their classroom truly show, and I am so grateful for each of them! I also want to recognize the incredible camp teachers! My son always has such a great time during school breaks. The teachers do a fantastic job keeping the children engaged, entertained, and excited to come back. I love knowing that even when school is out, he has a fun, safe, and welcoming place to spend his days. As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your children are happy, loved, and well cared for. The teachers truly make all the difference, and we are so thankful to have such wonderful people playing a part in our children's lives.
