The NECPA Commission is dedicated to cultivating high quality early childhood programs across the country through “Encouraging Quality and Recognizing Excellence.” The NECPA Standards were derived from the National Health and Safety Performance Standards, which were developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Public Health Association. The NECPA Standards measure quality in the areas of adult/child interaction, health and safety of the physical environment, staff framing, and the relationship between administration, parents, and the community.

Ms. Tammy and Ms. Daisy are absolutely wonderful toddler teachers! They create a loving, safe, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and feel comfortable every day. Their patience, kindness, and dedication truly stand out. Dylan has learned so much under their care and always comes home happy and excited to share what they did at school. They do an amazing job encouraging learning, social skills, and confidence while making every child feel special and cared for. It’s clear that they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the positive impact they have on the children. Thank you, Ms. Tammy and Ms. Daisy, for all your hard work, love, and support. I wanted to leave a review for my son’s daycare, specifically about the teachers. He’s been enrolled since January 2026 and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention. Ms. Tammy has been an absolutely wonderful teacher. She makes me feel completely comfortable leaving Asher in her care, and I have true peace of mind knowing she will follow my preferences and always do what is best for him. Her kindness, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. What means the most to me is that she genuinely loves and cares for Asher as if he were her own. I also want to recognize Ms. Mildred, who cares for Asher in the mornings and spends so much time with him as well. She is equally amazing, caring, attentive, and loving. Knowing that both Ms. Tammy and Ms. Mildred are there for my son has made such a positive difference in our daycare experience. As a parent, there is nothing more valuable than feeling confident that your child is safe, loved, and happy. I am incredibly grateful to both of these wonderful teachers and feel so fortunate to have them in Asher’s life.

We absolutely adore Springview. My son started last month and he has adapted so well. It’s his first time going to preschool and it couldn’t have gone any better. All the teachers are sweet, caring and patient. They’re completely transparent about everything they do with the kids, and very communicative. If you’re lucky enough to find a spot, do not hesitate to enroll your child. I couldn’t possibly imagine a better school for a small child. I highly recommend this school.
