My name is Jeannette Sanchez, I was born and raised in Miami. I love to spend time with my 3 children, husband, and family, together we love going to the beach, going on adventures and photography. I have a Master of Science in Early Childhood Leadership with a focus on early child development, research, and leadership. I have about 16 years of experience in this field. I am passionate about children’s safety, comfort, and development. I am passionate about working with children because they are the future. All children deserve the opportunity to be nurtured in all aspects of their development. The cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of children is of utmost importance. Not only is it our obligation as adults to guide children to tap into their potential but to ensure that they feel safe and confident in their environments. Daily I strive to establish a positive and integrated relationship with families and teaching staff to ensure we are empowering and unifying to advocate for our children and to follow the Cadence mission to ensure the children are happy and encouraged to explore different interest thus molding the whole child. As an educator and administrator, I will help children meet their fullest potential by providing an environment that supports diversity, uniqueness and invites this capability. I firmly believe in upholding the quality, education, and care provided, to include a well-balanced curriculum management, that provides a well-balanced and developmentally appropriate education to children. I cater to every family by focusing on getting to know the children, families, and our excellent staff. I believe in creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing community that fits the diverse needs of all students. I am very excited to embark on this journey with you all. Rest assure this is your second home.

Mi nombre es Grisel Grau y nací en Cuba. Comparto mi vida con mi esposo quien es mi amor desde hace 31 anos. Tenemos 3 hermosos hijos y soy abuela de 4 maravillosos nietos. Mi pasión es el Arte y todas lo que deriva de este, en especial la pintura, la cual es mi favorita y disfruto mucho en mis momentos de relajación. A nivel profesional soy Contador graduada en mi país de origen y aquí estudie en el área de ninos de la pequeña edad hasta alcanzar el titulo de Director nivel ll, me apasiona mi trabajo. Me esfuerzo por establecer una relación positiva e integrada con las familias y el personal docente para garantizar que estemos empoderando y unificando para abogar por nuestros hijos y seguir la misión de Cadence para garantizar que los niños estén felices y alentados a explorar diferentes intereses, moldeando así al niño en su totalidad . Como amo lo que hago, tengo una fuente constante de motivación que me impulsa a dar lo mejor de mi. Me apasiona trabajar con niños porque ellos son el future.
