About Phoenix Children’s Academy Private Preschool in Gilbert, AZ
Phoenix Children’s Academy Private Preschool, Lindsay offers daycare services, preschool programs, and before & after care for ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. Our welcoming preschool center in Gilbert features 10 custom-designed classrooms where children have fun learning in a cozy, homelike atmosphere.

We are proud to lead the way in preparing children for kindergarten. Through our specialized curriculum and dedicated teachers, we strive to ensure that your child is not just ready for kindergarten, but ready to excel. In 2024, 100% of the Pre-K children assessed in our school demonstrated Readiness or Advanced Readiness for Kindergarten!
We take advantage of the wonderful Arizona weather with lots of scheduled outdoor activities on our large playground, which features a splash pad to keep the kids cool all summer long. When it’s too hot outside, we have an amazing indoor playground and gross motor room that keeps the children busy and engaged. Our preschoolers also love playing educational games on our school’s Smart Board.

Cadence KickStart™ Soccer
Big Fun. Little Players. Growing Confidence.
Cadence KickStart™ Soccer is a high-energy enrichment program designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork through fun, age-appropriate soccer play. Led by the teachers your child already knows and trusts, it’s seamlessly built into the school day.
Program Highlights:
- Designed for ages 3–5
- 12-week program (once per week)
- 40–50 minute sessions
- Builds balance, coordination, and motor skills

Kids Café Preschool Cooking Program
Cooking Up Confidence, One Recipe at a Time
Kids Café is a hands-on cooking program where children explore new foods, build confidence, and develop essential life skills through fun, guided kitchen experiences.

Ascend Curriculum
Our preschool teachers work from our Ascend Curriculum, which takes a skill-based approach to early child education. This proprietary curriculum recognizes that young children need much more than cognitive development and provides a flexible framework that helps our students reach important social, emotional, creative, and physical milestones.
Our teachers introduce new skills every month, which allows students to progressively build valuable skill sets in subjects such as Physical Fitness, Creative Expression, Literacy, Mathematics, and Cultural Understanding.
Kind Child
Kind Child is one of the most popular subjects in our Ascend Curriculum. Kind Child helps children build social skills and take on character traits such as Responsibility, Thankfulness, Friendship, and a Positive Self-Image. We have found that when we focus on the emotional well-being of each child in our care, we strengthen our school too.
School-to-Home Connection
Maintaining a strong partnership with our families is an important part of a successful preschool experience. We keep our families informed about their child’s day and academic progress through a variety of communication pieces. Our students are constantly working towards important milestones, which are documented in Developmental Portfolios and track a child’s developmental journey from Infants all the way through Pre-Kindergarten.

Preschool
Our preschool program invites children starting at 3 years up to 5 years old. Though we introduce early academic concepts, we believe that learning happens naturally through open-ended play. Choosing our preschool environment helps build the essential “I can do it” confidence that serves as a foundation for their future education.
Pre-Kindergarten
Our Pre-Kindergarten program invites children starting at 4 years up to 5 years old. Though the focus shifts to kindergarten readiness, we ensure the preparation remains engaging and stress-free. Choosing our specialized curriculum ensures your child is academically and socially prepared for a smooth transition to elementary school.
School-Age Program

I have been working for Cadence since 2017. My favorite thing about working for Phoenix Children’s Academy is to see all the fun exciting activities our children do and watching them grow and develop new milestones. My passion is growing a team that is able to thrive and help children grow and offer them an environment like home. As the director at Lindsay, I strive to create a community that offers a safe environment for all children and families. I enjoy learning new ideas and finding ways to help all children be successful in preschool and set them up for success. In my spare time, I enjoy paddle boarding with my husband and our three children. Our weekends are busy with sports and extracurricular activities.

I have been working with Phoenix Children’s Academy since 2016. I work in all age groups but have found that my calling is to support all the teachers in the classrooms and mentoring all our new staff to be successful in our Preschool. I have my Associate’s in early childhood education. I love going into the classrooms and teaching the Spanish part of our curriculum to our students. In my spare time, I love traveling with my husband and three kids.
