Phoenix Children’s Academy had been an blessing for our family. After our child was transferred there from a previous preschool experience, he came in needing significant patience, understanding, and support. The staff at Phoenix Children’s Academy met him with compassion and dedication from the very beginning. They have worked tirelessly and patiently to help him feel safe, supported, and understood. The amount of effort they have put into helping him work through behavioral and emotional challenges has been truly remarkable. They have shown him consistency, kindness, patience, and genuine care during a time when he needed it most. As a parent, watching a child struggle after a difficult experience is heartbreaking. Phoenix Children’s Academy has gone above and beyond to support his healing, growth, and development. Their staff has worked diligently to help rebuild his confidence, sense of security, and ability to thrive in a school environment. I cannot express enough gratitude for the patience, compassion, and dedication they have shown our child and our family. They didn’t give up on him or label him based on his struggles. Instead, they took the time to understand him and consistently worked with him to provide the support he needed. We are incredibly thankful for Phoenix Children’s Academy and the positive difference they have made in our child’s life. I would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a preschool environment where children are genuinely cared for, supported, and given the patience and understanding they deserve. Thank you to all the staff but extra thanks to Ms Caitlin, Ms Taylor, Ms Alyssa, Mr Alec and Mr Isiah. While we still have struggles and working with his classroom trauma, our son still talks highly of you all.

My son has attended this daycare since 8 weeks old and is now over 2. He has learned SO much and absolutely adores his teachers he has had along the way. He still asks for Diana his infant teacher and Aseel his toddler teacher and now he’s in the two’s and both teachers are wonderful. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience at PCA and we have been here for over 2 years and I am a first time, protective mama bear. I’m so thankful for PCA Gilbert on Lindsay and Williams Field!

Caring staff and friendly environment for my toddler

When your kid refuses to leave school and asks for five more minutes at pick up, you know you are sending them to the right place! Our daughter has been going here for the past 3.5 years and we have had a very positive experience with PCA. She has loved every member of the staff and all the teachers across the different classrooms, and we parents have loved them too!
