Kenna Shauer
School Director
Kenna Shauer is the Director at Cadence Academy Preschool Victoria, bringing several years of experience in early childhood education to her role. She began her career as a Toddler Classroom Aide and worked her way through Lead Teacher, Administrative Assistant, and Director roles, gaining a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to build and support a thriving school community.
Kenna is passionate about creating a school where children feel loved, families feel welcomed, and teachers feel valued. She is known for being hands-on and can often be found in the classrooms, helping wherever she is needed and spending time with the children. Outside of work, Kenna is a proud mom to three daughters, Maci, Paislee, and Lucie, and their family stays happily busy with sports, family time, and friends.
Hollie Boyer
Assistant Director
I started out in early childhood education as an aide in the infant room and then got my teacher’s certification. I love watching and helping children grow and learn and giving families a place that they love and trust with their children. I love being a role model for the little ones to look up to and trust. In my free time, I enjoy being with my children and family getting outside and being in nature, as well as DIY projects, coloring & drawing, doing people’s hair and nails.
