A:  Making connections with children and seeing their growth – especially the more “challenging” ones. 🙂

Q:  What advice do you have for new teachers?

A:  Have fun! Don’t sweat the small stuff and get bogged down by the “to do” list. Plan for fun, music, and silliness throughout your day.

A:  Appreciation from management and parents, and the smiles from the kiddos make it all so worth it!

Q:  Why do you love working in childcare?

Q:  Why do you love working for Cadence?
