2 cans Garbanzo beans
2-3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 package Ranch dip mix
Cayenne Pepper—for spice *optional
Preheat oven to 400*
Drain & rinse garbanzo beans
Put in bowl, mix with olive oil, ranch dip (dry mix), cayenne pepper to taste.
Spread evenly on a cookie sheet
Bake 30-40 minutes
Cool & enjoy
